CARs, or Controlled Articular Rotations, is one of the most important part of our daily routine. CARs are there to help us maintain our range of motion, increase our joint control, and help us learn more about our capabilities so that we can adapt our training and other activites.

Think about CARs as brushing your teeth. You do it everyday, not because it’s fun, but because it keeps them healthier for longer if you do so. CARs is the same, just for your joints.
