To make sure you know what you’ll get when you start the coaching with me, and so that you know what I expect of you, here are the components of our services.
You’ll receive a training program based on your experience and wishes.
We’ll work together to create your optimal diet, working with food choices, quantity and timing.
Log all your training and diet using your mobile as well as communicate with your trainer.
Everything is based on you, your lifestyle and experience. Nothing is left to chance.
Adjustments to your training plan and diet as needed during your coaching period.
Results are what drives the process. If you’re not getting better, we need to change it up.
